This healing session is done via distance and will be recorded for you.
Included in this healing session.... 
The session is a 3 part all-inclusive healing session. 
We will start with a relaxing meditation 🙏
Then, once you are in a meditative state and relaxed, I will begin your crystal reiki healing. 
Once I have completed this, then I will begin your sound healing.... 
I will finish the session by grounding you to Mother Earth, bringing you back into the present moment, and then your session is complete 🙏
🙏Meditation
 is the practice of focusing your attention on one single point of reference. 
For example, the breath. 
You can focus on your breath, a word, phrase, or even mantra. 
Your meditation
session will help you get into a meditative state. 
Helping you to be calm, relaxed & open to receiving healing.

Reiki healing is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century.
According to the International Centre for Reiki Training, the practice is based on the idea that we all have an unseen “life force energy” flowing through our bodies.
The difference between  in person & distance reiki energy healing:
🙌In person session 
A Reiki practitioner gently moves her hands just above or on the client’s clothed body, helping reduce stress and promote healing by encouraging a healthy flow of universal energy.
🙌Distance healing session 
Distance Reiki healing is a form of healing energy "sent" across time and space that is received and has a healing effect on the recipient. With this type of work, you do not have to be physically present with the healer to receive the healing. It can be done at a special time set aside and agreed upon between you and the practitioner, and it works exactly the same way as in person reiki healing. 
💜Sound Therapy is
 effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but it also having a way of moving through blockages in the body. 
Sound Therapy
has been known to help
treat such conditions as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep disorders, pain, and autism.
